Thirdly, we provide full online support to your Front Office Team via Email and MS Teams. Giving your staff more chance to ask questions, learn and improve.

The training period will vary depending on the size of your Front Office Team. On average, it will take around 5 months to complete.
The training session lasts around 1.5 hours, including breaks.

At the end of the training programme, your Front Office Team will be equipped with useful handbooks and learning material.
The online support will then continue for another 2 months.
We also provide follow-up meetings 3 months and 6 months after our programme, to see how well you’re doing.
